This is the online/web version of the Enrollee Enrolment System (EES) of Tonic Insurance Solutions (TiS) deployed for the administration of Niger State Contributory Health Scheme (NiCare) to residents of Niger State by the Niger State Contributory Agency (NGSCHA)'

Enrolment Process (Formal Sector):

Principal

1. Upon payment of ₦3,600 monthly; deducted at source and remitted to the Agency, enrollees will receive an SMS on their registered mobile line from the agency containing their unique NiCare enrollment/activation Premium PIN.
2. Enrollees are required to visit https://ngscha.ni.gov.ng/ees.php in order to complete their online enrolment: Fill in basic Principal's and Dependents information including choice of provider/facility.
3. Use your Control Number (C.No.) as user ID and Enrolment PIN as the password when logging in.
4. The system will prompt you to change your password. Please choose a password that is easy for you to remember.
5. Update your profile by selecting your preferred provider/hospital.

Dependents

You have the option to register a maximum of five dependents which may include spouse, parent, child, sibling and others. It’s advised that your dependents be your biological children or relations.
