UNITS UNDER EXECUTIVE SECRETARY (ES OFFICE) AND THEIR FUNCTIONS
- Personal Assistant (PA) to ES : He is formerly the PA to Director Public Health in the State Ministry of Health. The PA coordinates the activities of the ES office and receives mails on behalf of the ES
- Public Relation Officer (PRO) : Responsible for the image building of the Agency and information dissemination within and outside the Agency, served as mouth piece of the Agency through the Media and the General Public.
- Chief Internal Audit : The unit is responsible to ensure all payment vouchers for their charges are backup with relevant supporting documents
