The unit is responsible to provide Leadership to the Unit, To conduct and Participate in Survey, To assist in research Methodology and Facilitate M &E need Assessment for research.

The head of the unit has worked in some other MDAs of the State at various capacities before being deployed to NGSCHA to head the Research unit.
